Flag Decisions in Slack with Fable’s Integration

In the Slack action menu (the three dots that show up on a message), press “Log decision” in Slack to send the message to Fable’s decision feed
Tag teammates and they’ll be notified of the decision over email
The Slack message will be embedded into Fable's Decision Feed. Tap on it, and it'll take you directly to that conversation in Slack so you can regain full context

Flag Decisions in Comment Threads

Press “Mark as decision” in comment thread to send that comment to Fable’s decision feed
Tag teammates and they’ll be notified of the decision over email
The comment will be embedded into Fable's Decision Feed. Tap on it, and it'll take you directly to that comment thread in the doc so you can regain full context

What Does the Decision Look Like?

The comment or Slack thread will be embedded, and you can also tag any collaborators.

Create User Stories with Rich Content

Drop in stories by typing “/story” in a document
Add rich content into the story, including tables, lists, Figma/Loom embeds
Invite your team for feedback

Sync With Jira or Linear

Push the "Sync with Issue Tracker" button to sync with Jira or Linear
You can select an existing epic or create a new one
Fable will create the ticket on Jira or Linear, and we'll keep it sync'ed with changes
Fable will also pull in status of the tickets into your PRD so teammates can stay in the loop

Import from Jira or Linear

Start typing "/import" into a Fable doc and you'll be able to select Jira or Linear
You can choose to import all the tickets within an epic, or just individual stories
Imported tickets will be added to your Fable doc
You can interact with the imported tickets and they'll also be sync'ed
